Shandong Lineng Electric Technology Co., Ltd. held the work summary meeting of Year 2021 on 19th January 2022. The meeting summarized the company's various work achievements and experiences in 2021, objectively analyzed the situation and opportunities, and focused on the comprehensive deployment around the main work objectives in 2022, striving to create a new situation for the high-quality development of the company.
General Manager Zhang Yubo summarized and reviewed the company's production and operation situation in 2021, accurately analyzed the industry situation, pointed out existing problems and deficiencies, put forward development goals and ideas for 2022, and disposed major works. He said that in 2021, company was faced with problems such as difficult collection of receivables and interruption of cash flow, which were mainly caused by changes in the external environment, market and management costs since the integration of the business division. In 2022, we will do three main tasks: firstly, we will operate steadily, prevent risks, do a good job in core business, operate professionally, and take a special and new road; secondly, continue to deepen the reform of the internal operation structure to make the organization flat and efficient;thirdly，increase business integration, innovation and upgrading. The localization process of the Indonesian market operation and maintenance module of the International Business Department has accelerated. The power transmission and distribution business department is based on the CNOOC market previously occupied, and solidly undertakes the root of the repair and commissioning business.
Chairman Jia Xuedong pointed out that the company has encountered unprecedented challenges in 2020 and 2021. Under the situation of internal and external difficulties in the enterprise, we have withstood many tests, and we have not compromised or discouraged in the face of problems and difficulties, and have achieved hard-won results. 2022 is a critical year for Lineng to achieve transformation and development. We must focus on the "four-reshapes": Firstly, reshape the business, in the face of changes in the international and domestic situation, we must accelerate the transformation, reshape the business structure and business model, and achieve high-quality enterprise development; secondly, reiterate feelings, remove confusion, release feelings, and remove the cage of thinking, realize self-change, and better develop adaptability and innovation;thirdly,rebuild confidence, face the unavoidable and unavoidable new environment, new business, and new position, exert team cohesion, stimulate personal initiative, regain confidence, and realize self-change; fourthly,reload.
